Property management company, The FirstPort Group, has launched a new London Residential Real Estate Team<\/a> aimed at supporting resident-managed developments across the capital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This new London powerhouse is comprised of a senior management team with nearly 60 years\u2019 combined experience working with Resident Management Company (RMC) and Right to Manage (RTM) Directors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Victoria Peake, who will be heading up the team, commented:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leanne Barker and Craig Covell will join Victoria as part of the management team. They will oversee a highly qualified group of London-based property managers<\/a>, service charge accountants, and property services specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additional support services provided by the division include building safety services, surveying and technical expertise, and company secretarial support.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Victoria has extensive experience in the London real estate market, with a keen interest in new build and regeneration projects, as well as preserving the Capital\u2019s historical mansion block stock. She uses her 20+ years of experience to oversee a dedicated London team and provide a tailored service to ensure we exceed Resident Directors\u2019 expectations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Craig Covell, Head of Operations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Craig has been supporting London-based resident-managed developments for over 18 years, working to ensure his teams consistently deliver high-quality, tailored services.  His experience is centered around some of the most prestigious and exclusive homes in London. These are complex developments with large numbers of on-site staff and a wide range of communal facilities, all of which require a comprehensive approach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Leanne Barker, Head of Operations<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Leanne began her career in property management 20 years ago. Her team specialises in managing both purpose-built period mansion blocks and conversions in London, preserving their beautiful history while meeting the needs of today’s residents. For most of her career, she has been based in Kensington where she has gained extensive experience in every aspect of the property management business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
