Last week, the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government released its consultation, \u2018Strengthening leaseholder protections over charges and services\u2019. We believe that a clearer regulatory framework will support higher standards in property management, while giving residents greater confidence in the individuals and businesses looking after their homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
