We aim to be proactive and transparent in all our communications with residents about their homes. This is supported by, My Home<\/a>, our online customer account portal, where residents can access invoices and make payments, raise repairs and stay up to date with news and updates. Healthy Estate Finances<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Our team of highly skilled Service Charge Accountants work closely with our Property Managers to produce detailed estimated service charge costs that ensure value for money while maintaining a safe and well-managed environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In recent years, we have seen escalating costs, beyond our control, however, our teams do everything they can to keep any increases to a minimum.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to The Property Institute\u2019s Service Charge Interest, cost increases across England and Wales have included key areas such as building insurance, utilities, repairs, and staffing, alongside the financial impact of new building safety regulations. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
