What are our late payment policies?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>It is important that you pay your account on time. Late payments have a huge impact on levels of service and maintenance we can provide and ultimately affects your development and your neighbours. If you\u2019re having problems paying your account, contact us. We will be able to help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also provide more information and details of organisations that can aid you if you have a problem paying your Service charge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our policy on late payment is:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>A&nbsp;first reminder will be sent to you in writing if an invoice remains unpaid after the due date.<br>If we haven\u2019t received payment, a second reminder letter will be sent. A \u00a390 late payment fee will be charged to cover administration costs. Interest may also be charged to your account.<br>Finally, a third letter will be sent 7 days after the second reminder. This will confirm that we are passing your account to independent solicitors or debt collection agency and will include a further \u00a390 charge to cover the legal review of your account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Can I get help with paying my service charge?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>If you\u2019re having problems paying your account, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. We may be able to help. Your mortgage company might be able to help too, they may add the money you owe us to your mortgage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
