Our My Home<\/a> customer portal has a fresh new look and feel. The updated features make it quicker and easier for you to manage your account online.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Existing My Home users<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Users who have reset their password since the portal update on 30 April 2024<\/strong>: <\/span>You\u2019re all set, and you can log in to your account as usual <\/span>here<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Users who have not logged in since the portal update on 30 April 2024:<\/strong> There\u2019s no need to re-register your account.<\/span> All you need to do is\u202f<\/span>reset your password<\/span><\/a>\u202fin five easy steps:<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Click here<\/span><\/a> to reset your password.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Enter your email or login as directed. Make sure to use the registered email address for your existing My Home account – the password recovery link will be sent to this address.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click \u2018Recover Password.\u2019 A pop-up message will confirm that an email has been sent.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Check your registered email account for a \u2018password recovery\u2019 email. If it\u2019s not in your inbox, please check your spam folder.<\/span><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Follow the instructions in the email to reset your password. Your new password must contain a minimum of 13 characters and a mix of letters, numbers, and special characters.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    If you are not yet a registered My Home user, we\u2019ll be contacting you soon to help get you all set up with the updated portal.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n
