Heading up our property management delivery in the capital is Victoria Peake, Director for FirstPort London. With over two decades of experience working in the London property market, Victoria has a clear focus – to deliver a service that supports customers and clients, tailored to the unique needs of the capital.
Victoria’s experience spans new build developments, major regeneration schemes, and heritage buildings, giving her a specialised understanding of the challenges and opportunities presented in managing property across London.
She is dedicated to supporting clients and ensuring continuous investment in her team’s skills and capabilities.

Victoria oversees the full end-to-end delivery of FirstPort’s property services in London, from the initial mobilisation and business development through to customer service, operations, and finance. This structure enables a seamless, consistent client and customer experience, driven by local knowledge.
